Ādaži district is rich in forests and lakes, though it is located only within a 10-minute drive from the administrative border of Riga City. However, already when crossing Riga border you feel as if you have entered another world. Lake Lielais Baltezers and Lake Mazais Baltezers, Lake Dūņezers, Lake Lilastes, the River Gauja, the River Vējupe, a bit further the Baltic sea, enclosed by meadows, fields, and forests — this is an excellent opportunity to hide away from the dynamic rhythm of the city. This is highly appreciated especially by those who return to the rural peace and quiet after a strenuous working day in the urban jungle. And the Ādaži municipal flag and coat of arms feature a white water lily for a good reason.
At the same time it should be noted that Ādaži residents have access to good social infrastructure and to everything necessary for a safe and pleasant life. In Ādaži, one will find stores of the largest grocery chain companies, several schools and kindergartens, a hospital, sports and leisure centres, Culture Centre, cafés, and a library. Locals lead an active social life. SIA “Ādažu Ekspresis” ensures regular bus lines to Riga and the closest villages.
“Privacy” is the most accurate word to describe the new private house village “Dailas” — it is located approximately two kilometres off Ādaži centre, and a 1 km walk to the favourite local swimming place at the River Vējupe. Of course, one may choose any of the several other bathing places on the nearby River Gauja. The pedestrian bridge over the River Vējupe is both – a nice place for walks and the shortest route to Ādaži Secondary School, tennis court, and the Culture Centre. The village “Dailas” is close to everything and yet remote. It offers a great opportunity to benefit from having a rural property. We intend to build 94 houses in the village and the construction will be done in stages. The adjoining land area of each house will range from 1,200 to 1,600 sq m. The village features all relevant utilities —municipal water supply and sewerage system, electricity and gas. The environment is well-maintained, secure and suits perfectly for bigger and smaller families. The village streets have asphalted pavements and are lighted. “Dailas” is becoming a harmonious village with convenient and modern houses in Scandinavian style.
